UK: Drunk woman, 37, 'sexually assaulted boy, 15, by squeezing his nipple and grabbing his genitals at train station before telling him "It doesn't matter, it's a bit of fun"'
In my experience, very much so. Boys were told they were lucky, or if it was a bad experience, that they deserved it, and should be glad the woman didn't cut off their penis. Girls were usually afforded protection from predators. It wasn't universal, as I distinctly remember a male teacher who was known to "date" his students, and it was accepted, until one girl filed a complaint, and then all hell came down on him. Boys had no protections from male or female faculty. It was that simple, especially in high school.
I was told this myself, several times. Grew up sexually abused by grandmother, school faculty (multiple schools), peers. Nobody cared, even though I was underage.
Once I outed the grandmother, that side of the family ostracized me, and sided with her. The schools had me removed and ordered to be quiet, so my grades suffered and the teachers kept their jobs. Peers and strangers? Yeah, I'm somehow the problem.
I have two decades of experience with that happening, and two more of random women groping, slapping, commenting. Job to pub to church, I have met very few women in life who have discipline, across multiple states and counties.

Yeah, that's a normal, everyday thing women do in America, with the exception of nipple squeezing. I wish I were being sarcastic.
