Should I delete photos of my ex from Facebook/Instagram

Good break up? Leave the pics.

It's a bit extreme this whole "break up - delete all photos of their existance" stuff (in my own opinion).. They were good memories, keep them. You and that person may be in different places now, but you can't erase a holiday or any happy moment and suddenly you're properly single.

I still have photos of an ex's puppy all over my instagram. It was a great puppy, why should I remove that? Or the picture of her walking the puppy? It's a photo, it's harmless to my current girlfriend or any other girl in my life (now or future).

If you're going to do the social media thing [no judgement], then keep doing it. Leave the pictures up, but post plenty of new things - this accomplishes the following:

1) Shows that you are still leading an active fun life and aren't dwelling on the past

2) When some chick FB-stalks you (Or Insta) - she can see the pictures of you with some (presumably attractive) girl which provides additional social proof

3) The attractive girl isn't showing up in your recent pictures, which prompts curiosity, which is another plus.
