In nature, there exist some species in which the males dominate the females, in others the females dominate the males. This is not unnatural or harmful to the species themselves because they have evolved to flourish in this condition.
It is my personal opinion, that the human species is one however, where neither sex dominates the other by nature, but rather humans are evolved to have some sort of balance of force between the sexes. In such a state all humans will flourish more than in any state of gender imbalance.
If you are in this sub, you believe that men deserve more rights than they have. That implies either that (1) you believe men have less rights/power than women and you want them to have equal rights or that (2) you believe men should have more rights than women (in which case imho you're a greedy fool) .
So, if you are in the first group, you need to ask, how can we ensure equal rights for men. Well, you might be able to imagine what might need to happen for this to come true. But you won't actually be able to take the necessary steps for that to happen unless you understand how men and women went from a natural state of equality before the industrial revolution to the inequality we see today.
My theory, as I have stated before, is that the industrial revolution weakened the primary advantage of manhood (that is, the usefulness of physical strength) and did not weaken the primary disadvantage of manhood, that is, being more reliant on women for sex than women are reliant on men for sex. Of course, societal changes happen slowly, so it took a long time after the industrial revolution for women to clearly become the dominant gender.
So, we have two options: Go back to how society was before the industrial revolution (probably not going to happen) or take steps to figure out how to decrease the sexual disadvantage of men. This in principle could be done either by increasing the sexual desires that women have or decreasing the sexual desires that men have towards women.
The latter is obviously more in our control. But exactly how to proceed with this option is an open-ended question. One of the most promising avenues is the sex tech industry. In principle, if advanced enough it could make sexual needs completely irrelevant to the balance of power between the genders. But we also need to figure out to create a society which accepts human-robot relations (and how to accept them ourselves).
I also think we need to actively challenge marriage. Marriage has two (in my opinion distinct) purposes. 1. To allow its participants access to consistent sex. 2. To allow its participants access to a close friend. Because we conflate these purposes men believe that they "need to get married" even if they had access to whatever sex (i.g., through sex tech) they could desire. But, if they separate these two functions of marriage, they can see that they can satisfy their need for close friendship with a non-sexual (male or female) partner and rely on technology to satisfy the whatever sexual needs they have.
I think that women understand very well the multiple purposes of marriage/relationships--that's why they push the narrative of "sex is part of love" because they know their real advantage lies in sex but they want to extend it to love as well.
