Bring back "no means no"

This whole asking for consent at every step of the way is ridiculous. Why is it always the man that is expected to ask for consent? Why not the women? Consent is a two-way street. I can see why men are refusing to have sex with women these days. There are just too many risks involved.

The hard part that I got caught up on was the statement

I mean, what? If she had said no, or told him to stop, and he didn't then fine lets hang him by his dick. But if you don't communicate that your not comfortable, how is the guy to know?

One problem with affirmative consent combined with the preponderance of the evidence standard is there is no grey area. I know that was the intent, but what would finding him not responsible mean? It means it's more likely than not she CONSENTED through the ENTIRE encounter. That means she lied.

IMO if one lies about someone raping them, they've created a hostile environment for that person in the same vien as somebody who raped someone. This should be a Title IX violation. From what I understand, school officials who are aware of a Title IX violation are REQUIRED to address it. It does not require the target to file a complaint.

I doubt many if any false accusers we're sanctioned in college kangaroo court.
