This is a serious question about interacting with annoying strangers.
I find myself fleeing this kind of conflict situation most often.

In this situation , what should you do?
Escalate by asking with a more severe tone?
Escalate physically (take the phone), but if a fight starts you either get beat up, or win the fight and get sued.
Go sit as far as you can?
Sit next to them and have a conversation?
Just do nothing?
