Yep, it is ok.

Some people seem to have an ill relationship between porn and sex. I can't really empathize there, I usually go for weeks with no porn.

Masturbation is cool too, just as long as you don't use it to numb angst or procrastinate.

Differing opinions on masturbation but try to limit it as much as you can. NoFap causes you be more aggressive in talking to women, but can also give off needy vibes so your milage may vary.

Don't do it. Dante Nero says don't bust a nut unless you're with a lady or your main lady. Use that energy to go find new women and porn is programming your mind to expect perfect porno style sex among many other things related to dopamine.

If you're having a dry spell fap once a week or so but no porn.

It's unrealistic to expect to get laid nonstop whenever you want it. Life just doesn't roll that way. Sometimes you just need to empty your balls. That's what masturbation is for. Porn assists with masturbation.

Problem is, it's way too easy to replace getting laid entirely with porn. Plus, porn is addicting and easily accessible.

So do you have a problem with it? Does it affect your life negatively? If not, whatever.

IMO, it's all fine in moderation.

This should be higher up. Not to mention, no worries from STD's if you just need to bust a nut. I've jerked off to porn, not jerked off to porn and there is no difference, if anything it's motivating. I'm skeptical of the damage it causes if you're just rubbing one out and moving on.
