I get what he’s going for, but it’s a little worrisome that he’s perpetuating the idea to young men that the only thing women bring to a relationship is their sex appeal. He’s trying to help men with their dating lives, but I can’t imagine any healthy or loving relationship where the guy’s perspective is “women are assets with depreciating value”, as he stated. The interviewer though is spot on.
