Remember everyone, her body, her choice, but your responsibility and your risk. It is not her responsibility to communicate clearly, it is your job to read her mind. And if she consents but then months or years later decides to change her mind, then it was still sexual assault.

I think the ‘sexual autonomy’ policy itself is great. People shouldn’t feel shame about having sex!

But how can people not see a problem in punishing someone socially and professionally before they are even found guilty of the crime the are accused of? It’s totally backwards.

This needs to be taken up by the Supreme Court. Colleges have no place presiding over criminal matters in courts full of unqualified administrators.
