It's more pointing out why women aren't justified in complaining about wage gaps, really. There more to that whole bullshit concept than just "women get paid <x> less than men for the same job". Sure, that would be true if women actually WANTED to do the same jobs men do...but often times, they don't. So you either end up with a skewed, mostly male workforce in certain job types because women aren't interested, or you end up with equality but with women getting preferential treatment (see: military/firefighting fitness tests).

Militant, entitled feminist types won't listen to any of that though, they want all the benefits/privileges of being a man without any of the work or downsides. Otherwise you'd see a lot more women in IT, construction, engineering, science, oil drilling, mining, farm work, etc...with absolutely zero bitching about money, because they'd have the equality they complain so much about being denied.

And more women choose to have a more balanced life rather than work 80+ a week. I wont even get into the fact that men make up over 90% of work fatalities due to the more dangerous jobs they work which is why those jobs pay well. Do you think we need to close the job fatality gap too? Would you prefer if more women died to dangerous high paying jobs? Or do you just want to cherry pick the high status jobs?

Do you know his experience? He’s not just random guy spouting his opinion. He has decades of being a clinical psychologist. He’s an expert in his field. After enough experience and being involved with many studies then your anecdotal experience becomes valuable scientific information.
