Wait, why would you want to pass laws your own side disagrees with, but your opponents agree with?

Aside from that, I do not approve things being changed from 2 years to six months. Marriage as an institution is kinda dead, but it is legally an important thing in people's lives. This will just help empower those terrible people who want to get married just to get the other persons stuff, faster.

This kind of reminds me of how in Iran prostitution, which is prohibited in Islam, is essentially legalized because you can get a temporary marriage.

It's gonna be really bad in the long run. You'll face

Alimony problems.
Custody/ child support problems.

And mark my words, in order to win, some women might resort to false complaints regarding the circumstances of the divorce (abuse, neglect, adultery,...). No fault divorces will only accelerate the downfall of society. The importance and value of marriage will be reduced even further. It's gonna be just another day in your life.
