I think PhantomDream has a great list. All I'd add is brevity - most guys aren't going to read a wall of text. I kept the list of things I was interested in short, and tried to limit it to more unique things that differentiated me from other women. I identified myself as an optimist, kept the profile sounding cheerful, and threw in a quirk or two that they could comment on to get the conversation going on something other than "Hey, how's it going?"

Im guessing as a RPW you dont want hook-ups and tomfoolery.

So you need to get your values across, concisely and succinctly.

Do not say "Im not looking for a hook-up" because EVERY.SINGLE.GIRL. says that. We all know that means "I'm looking for hook-ups but too ashamed to admit it."

Be clear and specific. Separate yourself from the pack.

"I am looking for a long-term relationship.. I prefer strong, protective men who are confident, in shape, and hard-working. I do not believe in casual sex, but I will never refuse the King if he earns my respect."

Sell yourself.

"I am a good cook, I can keep house, I love taking care of a good man."

Avoid platitudes like "I like to have fun". Who doesn't? State what your actual interests are.

Also, use short-one clause sentences or two-clause sentences. Men tune out run-on sentences and skim them.

Pictures:

One close-up, minimal make-up - mostly to accent your best features. NO FACE CAKE.
One body-shot, think elegant and graceful - not slutty / sexy. We need to know what the merchandise is. I recommend leggings, a long sweater that covers your waist / ass / pussy and elegant heels. Revealing enough to let us figure out what you look like, but classy enough that we could show our moms and say "this is the girl Im dating".
Absolutely NO alcohol (party girl/slut), bikini (attention whore), group of male friends (slut), glamor trip "I'm on a boat" type shit (demanding/ gold digger), yoga pants (no sense of appropriateness), female group pics (weak, can't stand alone), head cocked sideways one leg bent or semi-squat pic (unoriginal, boring, sheep mentality), etc.
