Particularly scary is how the prosecutor (Natasha Irving) and the feminist law professor (Michelle Dempsey) want to erode the Constitutional Protections of due process and Equal Protection.

The author of the first article states "Some of the criticisms about Natasha Irving’s approach say that she’s lowering that standard for men accused of gender crimes in the interest of social and gender justice. Feminists, the critics say, want men to be convicted on lower standards of proof. But that’s not accurate. Instead, Natasha Irving is saying that the old standards for gender crimes were set unreasonably high (my emphasis added)."

I am always amazed at how feminists will say the exact thing "I'm not for the erosion of due process" and immediately turn around and state that the proof beyond a reasonable doubt standards are "unreasonably high".
