Am I the only one that sees the woman holding her arms out? Based on what's shown the cop beat(or at least it looked like he did) a non-violent bystander.

Even with the context down below this doesn't sound like "woman tries to beat a cop" but rather police brutality. Especially the part where the one cop just hauls off and decks the handcuffed guy, regardless of the reason for arrest or what the guy is saying that isn't acceptable conduct and the woman was right to protest it...

For context: They are arresting the dude and the women keep yelling at them and provoking them. They are pretty much saying stuff like “you don’t have a warrant” and “don’t punch them”.

The cop punched the cuffed dude cause the dude stared at him and said (if I head correctly) “you son of a bitch”, which in Brasil is a very offensive term when told to a stranger. (I would do the same honestly) (see Edit 2)

The last part where the cop has some sort of pissed-off face and is threatening the woman recording, he’s saying she has to go with them cause she is a witness of something (probably the reason that guy got arrested) and she is refusing to do so.

Not defending anyone’s actions here (specially because I don’t know the full story) just giving context from the point of view of someone who is from the country the video is from.

Edit 2: Thanks u/glyphotes for reminding me of this: Police in Brasil are not allowed to retaliate in many situations, such as being insulted, so maybe that was a no-no on the cop side. (IMO they should be able to if the situation calls for it)
