A few years ago at USC student went back to a female's during that he had met at the bar. They had sex the next morning he was charged with sexual assault.
Absolutely disgust me that literally the only thing that saved this young man's future was that they just happened to get caught on video where this girl was making hand signs to her roommate literally saying" I'm going to take this dude home and f*** him"
This guy was actually expelled from college with no proof and was only reinstated after the legal charges were dropped when the video surfaced and he took USC to civil court.
Remember boys always have multiple ways of proving consent.

Doesn't even matter in Canada, any communications regarding a sexual encounter are considered part of a woman's sexual past and cannot be used to defend against rape accusations.
