Like most feminists, the rules are really only as clear as the needs of the moment need them to be; that's why so many on the left can hold Biden and Kavanaugh to polar opposite standards, even though Reade's claims are at least far more substantiated. The Reps never attempted to protect Kavanaugh nearly as much as the Dems have done with their boy.

There's never been a credible claim or sexual assault made against Trump, and it's not been from lack of attempts; it just shows that they're complete hypocrites who just want to win, and that whatever rules or code or ethical philosophy they claim to have is just a mask to trick the rubes.

This is also a large part of why they constantly demonize the other side, because in their mind so long as they can accuse a Rep or a conservative of being one rung more evil than them, then their own moral failings vanish in the milieu.

We weren't supposed to vote for Trump because he was a supposed sexual harasser, that no other consideration mattered but that. Not gun rights, taxes, abortion, immigration reform, criminal justice, none of that was supposed to matter. Now when it's their asshole, oh well that's horrible, but the issues matter more. I can't fucking stand democrats.

there's no congitive dissonance here, she flat out says she believes Biden is guilty, and she just doesn't care.

So to be clear, we should have not voted for Trump because women accused him without evidence, we should not have confirmed Kavanaugh even though there was direct evidence of his innocence, but Biden...she fully believes he forcefully sexually violated a woman, but we should still vote for him because of politics.

I'd like to see her challenged on this, someone tell her that "yes, I believe Donald Trump raped multiple women, but I'm still going to vote for him, is that ok by you?"

They're going to hand another election to Trump by simply proving they're every bit as bad as they say he is.

When you understand how they think it's easy to understand why they're doing this. We all knew MeToo was a charade, now feminists are voting for Biden because they think they have to deal with Trump.

They consider Trump to be the ultimate evil, in their own words literally hitler. So when you consider that they have that sort of mentality towards him in their own world they're going to quite happily overlook an alleged sexual assault in order to defeat their ultimate evil. Not any of my opinion, this just how I think feminists view this whole thing. It's going to be very interesting seeing what they do if Trump wins in November, I think it's going to be a massive shitshow.

The problem is that if Biden gets elected, then those same people who gave him a pass are going to go right back to the same behavior they were doing before. If they said right now that yea, they're still going with Biden, then they ought to remain consistent in allowing other men to go forward with their careers from here on out as well. But they won't do that.
