When a woman has been proven as a victim of gendered violence —though nowadays we are getting closer towards not needing for it to be proven— she has access to:

Job provided by the state. Housing provided by the state. Discounts on academia and most services provided by the state. Directly money from the state.

That's why police reports are so high there.

Notice the pattern, rate of police reports are high in those 1st world countries where accusation is believed without evidence and compensation is offered.

In UK, accusers get £11,000 for filing rape police report. Annual rape report in UK 2018 was 59,000 in which only 3,000 were convicted.

Media wonders why police reports are going up but conviction is going down. They fail to see where the motivation is coming from.
