I mean she actually sounds kind of reasonable here believe it or not. Think about how many times we've heard stories where as she rightly points out there are women who use it as a way of manipulating men but she clearly doesn't know for sure how the guy would feel about her unless this is some random fling. I can't help but respect her for that even if it is a bit shitty not telling him anything because it does show she's trying to avoid being a manipulative bitch about it, this is pretty serious though and you can't just sweep it under the rug.

Personally I find there's not enough information. It's also posted to dating advice so is she even in a committed relationship? Who knows. The guy could have mentioned he didn't want kids at all in the past. Maybe she answered some of these questions in the thread but can't tell from what's currently posted.

Honestly, she doesn't seem to have bad intentions. They aren't in a relationship, having a baby wouldn't not bring them more happiness in their relationship if they aren't in love already and that's if they stay together. That would probably won't be a wise decision for the kid and the parents. Personnally think she should tell him tho but abort it. Going through a pregnancy AND parenting is no joke.

I think she is making a wise decision for her future and stopping another fatherless child being born with all the emotional, financial and societal heartbreak that it usually carries.

As it reads she is still in the first trimester so concerns about self awareness would not apply at all here. In that stage it is absolutely her body and choice.
