Just curious, what are rights women have that men do not? See a lot of complaining about men being treated badly but that's not infringing on someone's rights.

Inequality in law - there are over 80000 men in prison in England and Wales yet under 4000 women in prison, Judges openly admit to sparing women incarceration for crimes they would incarcerated men for.

The right to assistance as a victim of domestic abuse - women have access to shelters, legal aid, housing, financial assistance and emotional support as victims, there is little to no assistance for male victims and their children.

bodily autonomy - Female Genital Mutilation is illegal in most countries even where Circumcision of males is not.

another would be the option to 'opt out' of being financially responsible for a child conceived when you don't want it... - females (in many countries) can get an abortion simply because they don't want to be responsible for a kid for 18 years; men do not have that option.

Well, to start with, the right to an education without signing your body over to the government (selective service). Women can get student aid without signing up. Not only can men not, it is actually a crime for them NOT to sign up for selective service.

Women have some legal rights men don't have (see the thread). Then there are many official practices and structures that deny men such rights as equality before the law or in education compared to women. Then there a huge number of "social things" (role expectations, stereotypes, protection) that give women benefits compared to men but they are seldom called rights - unless they are a problem for women, naturally.

Women have the right to lay false claims upon the father of children during divorce disputes and while the claims aren’t proven true, the woman is still believed and judgement is passed on the father; thereby allowing him to be stripped of money to provide for children and an ex wife that he has little to no contact with.

In an opposite case, years of evidence are needed to remove children from the home of a mother that maybe abusive, addict or neglectful because of the rights of women to her child.
