I posted this as a comment on a post a moment ago. But i thought it deserves it's own post. There is a lot more to say on this topic, but this is a start. A way for me to share and heal:

As a gay man I've always felt forced to interact with girls in ways I felt very uncomfortable about. And if I didn't follow along, the next question was, "What, are you gay?" At the time I didn't even know what I was yet. But these girls who were all over me made me confused and confront ideas about myself before I was even ready to know who I was. They were part of a series of encounters that sent me into a confused and depressive state. Took a long time to be proud of being gay and to be proud of being a man. And it took just as long to learn to set boundaries with women who do not think men deserve the same rights to personal space that feminism supposedly fights for. Even as an open gay man, women seem to think my body is, well, up for grabs I guess you can say. Great job, ladies...
