Our justice system is on easy mode for women. It has fallen for the talking point of "institutional racism" and the system is too hard on minorities and give people like this lady 2nd, 3rd and 4th chances.

Minorities aren't in prison at a higher rate because of "institutional racism" they are in prison because they commit more crimes. If you look at the FBI crime data by victim complaints by race and arrests by race, they overlay almost perfectly.

Minorities tend to be poorer and that is the leading reason for turning to a life of crime but the ruling class of our society would rather breakdown everything by race and create activists judges who buy into bullshit like "institutional racism."

Im gonna say this before you all get bent out of shape. Often when articles like this say "sentenced to 7 years", they often misconstrue the fact that it's actually life with a minimum sentence, meaning she will serve at least 7 years in prison before being eligible for parole, rather than being sentence to 7 and only serving 3, as would often be the case with a 7 year sentence. Many courts would agree that a 7 year sentence is inappropriate, especially when dealing with an offender who has a history of violent crime, so life with a minimum term is likely what she was actually given

Not sure I would call this a pass, like someone else said she probably has to serve 7 years at minimum. The boyfriend was also charged with tampering of evidence for hiding her wig in his pants and had the charges later dropped, which also seems fair because one could argue it's hard to say no to the demands of someone who is obviously crazy and just cut someone. Especially when fleeing the scene while you're a passenger in their car along with two young kids. Shitty situation all around but between the system not hammering the boyfriend, the injured man surviving, and the time she got for her actions and charges I don't think this belongs on pussypass. Hell it doesn't even look like a ppd, this just seems like a standard affair given the circumstances. I'm no expert though, but honestly sex doesn't seem to be a factor with this incident.
