There are lots of sexable 18 year olds in the world-- seek and destroy those. Avoid the ones who could easily cost you your paycheque, and tarnish your professional reputation.

My general rule is to not mix my workplace with spinning plates, but every situation is different. If you do not want headaches or drama where you work and need to be focused on the job then stay away from the puss. If you don't give a fuck and are moving onwards and upwards then smash it!

I follow it, because women talk. At my workplace, there's a number of women I find attractive that work in completely opposite ends of the building, but guess what - they constantly hang out with a lot of other women. One false move, and I'd be the subject of their conversations for centuries to come. This doesn't mean I'm not tempted.

Avoid it at all costs.

The women you work with should be for honing your game only.

Chat, flirt, play with their attention.

Experiment with what they are attracted to and what gets their admiration.

Hone your small talk material. Experiment with conversation styles - how to redirect away from topics you don't want to discuss and back to topics you do want to engage in.

Keep it light and breezy with them.

This sort of constant practice will help you be natural when you are with available women.

By engaging in this sort of "no stakes" interaction with women you are able to walk away when you are disinterested, or more importantly, too interested.

Take advantage of the opportunity to be introduced to their hot friends.

The more you are attracted to a coworker the bigger a red flag this should be to you. You are losing control of your rational side.

Don't be lazy. You can find many more "attractive (sexable) girls from 18+" outside your work place. You will then never have to deal with the office politics - and career fallout - from a relationship gone bad.

In my experience, working with women has been horrible. It doesn't matter how hot they were, the amount of backstabbing and bitching was enough to find them all unattractive.

In the US military you have to be in the top 5% of men based on kooks alone on base/post to even try it. If you aren't attractive enough, just saying hello is enough to warrant her to accuse you of sexual harassment. If she does fuck you and regrets it, your chances of then being a rapist and serving time are far greater.

I have never dated a military female, and never dated anyone that worked with me. When it goes to shit, she will be the most vile and hateful cunt towards you, and why do you need that shit at work?

If you are tall, make good money and have a position of power/authority, then itrs different, fuck them all and they will all hope to get more of you. This is one area where hypergamy and preselection work for you if you have the looks and job. Otherwise there are fear more women out there who will have a harder time fucking up your livelihood.

Casual job when young (e.g. paid per hour working behind a bar) - go right ahead

Career job in an office - be professional. Flirt if it helps you get ahead, look if you can be subtle, NEVER touch.

As others have said, shitting where you eat is totally fine, but only if you expect to either move or have the shit moved.

I worked in TV for a few years, and in my experience no one in that industry follows this. It's hardly a formal professional atmosphere, with lots of down time, and very attractive women. The revolving door of interns made short flings easy to start and easy to end.

My view on this is to go for it. But be selective. I would not fuck any coworker under 25. Any younger and its a huge risk as they can still live with parents and not care about their job. At which point you open yourself to rumors drama and your job. You'll have to find a woman who is pretty much dependent of the job as you are. Next find out who they gossip with if anybody. If one of the chicks I fuck socialized with the company gossip crew I would not get involved. The younger ones are likely hotter but are the biggest risk due to getting attached and are eager to gossip. Also if you fuck anybody learn how to text them intelligently. Dont text as if youre fucking. Ive been super good at this and women seem to love it. Ex. Her: when can you come over again? Me: (after finding out shes home) how do you open this door? Her: are you here? (Knock knock). The "how do you open this door" is ambiguous so it could be anything. It seems like a lot of work but its just finding clever ways to get your intentions across without texting "can't wait to fuck you" I always text as if she's could try and show our thread to coworkers.
