I have also read it and yes, it is still very good for you in a LTR. Just remember it's aimed at women who want to save a failing marriage rather than someone who is already redpill. Still a good reminder and has a lot of good pointers to remember for your relationship!

It's ideal for fixing situations where a woman has been domineering and the man has given up leading.

Critics point out that some of the advice isn't good (the driving past the exit story which Doyle said wasn't true in her AMA for example). When the book came out some ran with it, treating submission as though it was the cure for every relationship ill and ignoring situations where it's a really bad idea like with a partner who proves to be controlling.

The book has valid points but the best thing is to view what she recommends conceptually instead of literally (my opinion). You know your relationship best, so use critical thinking to apply the concepts to your situation. It may not come naturally to you right away so don't get discouraged. If you find what she's writing about helpful and applicable in your life it's a great book.

I'd also recommend Surrendered Single if you'd like to learn about how she recommends single women behave. It's a light easy read.
