Spoiled adult. When I started to work the best part of Christmas is seeing the kids opening presents. They are so happy that makes me happy. I also help them opening the presents as they were mine lool. When someone gives me something I always say to not waste money on me and if they still want to give me something i always answer socks is fine.

When I say people overshare their lives on social media I mean it, women in particular seem to do this and they don't seem to think that people are capable of reading between the lines and seeing through this bullshit for what it is.

I think I went through 2 - 3 christmas' possibly barely asking for anything ( No joke, also partly due to how much I've been working ) and my parents wanted to spend money on me this year and I'm pretty much getting a new PC literally over this weekend depending on the delivery company of course.

I actually hate this, women really need to realise how fucking bad it makes them look when they post shit online. You have women who say they wanted to be treated like adults then they act like literal children whenever they don't get their way and then wonder why there are men out there who look down on them.

If there are women who see this, you should always disavow and stay away not only from behaviour like this but make sure you do not hang out with women who think this sort of thing is okay. Even if I were to be really generous and say, okay yeah it's pretty shit only getting an audio converter for Christmas but then she goes and blows out of of proportion and is pretty much taking it out on her kids by getting jealous of them?

Again, I really hate this because whenever you see people like this out in force and women acting like brats with everybody around them reinforcing it, it is not a good look for women. I have huge amounts of respect for women who tell other women that act like this to go fuck themselves.

Look I agree that it is best to put on a good face for the kids but nah I think from the info given, it really seems like the husband was thoughtless. Obviously Christmas is important to her and she put in lots of effort to make it nice for husband andbkids. Just because we're in a men's rights sub doesn't mean we must always takd the man's side. He might be busy and working, but there's low effort and then there's picking up a cable at the grocery store and telling your kid to put it in a stocking without wrapping. I would feel disrespected, as a man, if I were in that place.
