Paternity fraud should be a crime, the "mother" should go to jail for this, along with abandonment. If the father would have done this the state would have chased him to the end of the earth to take his money, and jail him if he had no money

This is also a prime example of why Parental DNA testing should be required at birth before a father is allowed to be recorded on the Birth Certificate

The state when a man finds out he's not the father during a custody hearing: "It doesn't matter. It'd take too long for us to find the real father and we need you to pay child support for the good of the mo- I mean the child."

The state when a man finds out he's not the father after raising the child alone for most of a year: "You need to give the child to us. We've found the real father and we have to return the child to him for their sake. What? The real father never spent time with the kid? Too bad."

What the fuck is wrong with our country? I know feminists like to push the whole "men are disposable" angle but this basically screams "men are completely interchangeable as fathers based off what you actually want or need of a father at this exact moment and there's no reason to care about how they feel."

Go to Church, share the blessing our Lord gave you and the love and reward will pour in. Their is a spiritual network of loving parents, biological or not. It takes a village to raise a child and there will be love and support wherever you both walk. Good man, keep up the faith brother
