Labour is ran by Jeremy Corbyn, who is an utter cockweed.

There is only a pay gap because women choose to spend more time off work to see family/their kids/otherwise (not that that is a bad decision but it is a largely popular decision) and so they can’t close the gap because it would actually create a larger gap, with women being paid more for less hours and men being paid less for more hours.

Like I said, labour is ran by Corbyn. Corbyn is an asswipe

Paying women more for less hours will force companies to hire women less so they introduced quota so that companies won't be able to do that.
