Men have been living in "poverty" with their foreskins intact for roughly 200,000 years. The foreskin even serves to protect the head of the penis and the urethra from dirt and other contaminants, much like an eyelid would for the eye. Foreskins would literally be a result of evolution and natural selection. Her argument is non-sense, even by her reasoning.
