I'm going to keep saying this in many of my comments:

Women are increasing in numbers as judges, teachers, and HR which is totally fine because of equal opportunity BUT many of them are taking advantage of their roles and absolutely shitting on men regardless of logic/fairness/laws.

The snake is offering the apple - and women are gladly taking it knowing the negative affects it's causing to not only men, but to the future of humanity.

I hate all this gender/racial bias and forced diversity in hiring processes now. The most qualified person gets the job, end of story. I don't care if they're white, black, red, purple, male, female, giraffe or monkey.

Very similar to those other studies that showed that female school teachers are much more likely to give preferential treatment to female students than male teachers are to give preferential treatment to male students

I personally don't care what you look like. If you're qualified to do the work, then you're hired. I'm all for women being in STEM but I feel it should be their own choice to do whatever they want.

Noted the conclusions of the researchers acknowledged the bias in female referrers, but then provided an evidence free explanation of why it might be justified. What's the value of research that identifies bias only to dismiss it as acceptable. If male referrers had exhibited a similar bias I wonder if it would have been so empathetically explored.

The popularised feminist notion of a patriarchy bestowing privileges onto men, merely because they’re men is just a projection of their own genders predilections for in group preferences. It’s always been about self projection.
