This seriously sounds like consent, at this point, would require:

A field sobriety test and/or blood test to determine blood/alcohol level.
A medical doctor verifying the person is of sound health.
A psychologist verifying the person is of sound mind.
An attorney for both parties drawing up a legal document that both would have to sign in the presence of multiple witnesses.
Some kind of referee present, to monitor continued consent through the entire encounter.

Seriously, what is enough to ensure consent was real, and that regret would never retroactively rescind the consent?? This is literally talking about mind reading and being able to see the future.

it appears that they were both drunk.
She consented to sex acts while sober.
She said yes and remembered saying yes.
She claims that they had sex 3 times that night. I’m sorry but I’m pretty sure that you’d start to sober up eventually.
Claims to have continued to see this guy for the remainder of the summer. It obviously wasn’t too traumatizing at the time to stop willingly seeing this guy and continuing to have sex with him.

I’m sorry but I don’t think that a serious rape victim would be able to continuously see their rapist in this fashion willingly.

Is it possible that the guy is a douchebag? Definitely. But it sounds to me that it’s a women’s studies major who got to OP.

Regretful sex or unenjoyed sex is not rape. But universities use whatever loophole to perceive this act as rape if the regretting person is female. See "When Pennsylvania State University found a male student responsible for sexual misconduct, it said he had coerced a female student into sex by “cajoling” her"

Feminists consider this as rape and that's one of the excuse of making false rape accusations.

Although this is a good post, the title does not say enough about its subject. This forces people to click and read before they can decide whether they are interested. It also makes searching impossible.

If everyone did this, the subreddit would become unusable. Moreover, it means that your post will fail to reach some readers because they won't know what it's about.

So please don't do it in future. Take the time to describe your link, and save the time of hundreds of other people.

When making a title, it's best to assume the reader doesn't know what you're talking about - but don't go overboard with every detail. Then check if there are any words you can cut out without losing any important information.

She is fully aware she consented but just wanted to join the "Ive been raped!" Party.

BOTH parties had been drinking and therefore if drinking = rape. She raped him aswell.
