We don't really want woman as firefighters. They can't do the same job as a man, so why the fuck would we encourage it for some diversity quota? Fuck that. These people are responsible for saving fucking lives.

If these people can pass the exact same requirements as the men, fine... otherwise, get your shit out of there.

So boys see almost exclusively women in teaching positions growing up and face overt discrimination at every grade and the reason they don't want to become teachers is.... toxic masculinity and they just need to get over themselves.

While girls are encouraged at every level, the entry standards for this career are lowered to accommodate them but they're totally deterred by possibly seeing this cartoon mascot once as a kid.

Feminism is constantly pushing this argument that women are weak, pathetic and lacking agency - and therefore women can't do anything at all without affirmative action, lower standards and huge gobs of taxpayer's money to help them along. That seems like a very misogynist view of women to me.

On the other hand, I think most members of this sub would agree with me that women are equally intelligent and capable as men, and that women don't need anything more than what feminism originally said it wanted - equal rights and equal opportunities, both of which women already have - in order to live their lives as they choose.

First they changed the name "FireMen" to "Firefighters"(even though 99% of Firefighters are Men) and then they changed "Manhole" to "Maintenance Hole" and now they're trying to blame male mascots for there not being enough Whamen firefighters. Even though Women don't choose to become Firefighters, IT IS MAN'S FAULT! Even if Women Choose, its a man's fault? This is the kind of shit that created Anti-Feminists!

Feminists are working 24/7 to deny Men any credit for the positive work they do for the Society, and yet they simultaneously hold ALL Men responsible for the wrongdoings of a few bad Men.
