Basically they interviewed a bunch of women and they said that men have gotten "more hostile", but less sexually harassing. They never interviewed any men, but decided that they knew why this was anyway.

Here's my take having worked in multiple companies with many men and women. Men were told to be professional with women. Most of the "heavy lifting" (literally and figuratively) have been done by men in the work place. When a guy is told that your relationship should be professional, he's going to expect you to pull your weight.

IMO these women have been cuddled for a long time and are simply upset that now they have to produce.
