I watched the full episode... he’s so in love with that kid. The mom’s just an awful mom. He was her only shot at a good, loving & responsible parent.

I've never know where to share this little story. But right here seems pretty good and I'll keep it pretty short. A guy I work with had a daughter with a real POS woman. When they finally split the little girl was around 3 ish. He decided it was a good idea to get a paternity test at this point while fighting custody. He found out his daughter was NOT his child. He has his this fact from everyone and won full custody. They have an amazing relationship the little girl is around 14 now. He's an amazing dad.

I can guarantee that nothing the judge said even registered on her. She was cheering because thanks to the fucked up legal system, she gets a cut of every paycheck of his until another guy steps up. The judge coming down on her may have embarrassed her, but all she was thinking was that this man was still financially liable for her child, yet just lost a whole list of parental rights.

What I don't get is... if he has raised her since she was born and probably figures on her birth certificate considering that they had to go to trial to determine that he wasn't the father...

How didn't that create parental rights and obligations?

That judge seems to be an amazing person.

Judge can say what she wants but, it's just water off a ducks back. And now with out him checking the childs living conditions mom can turn full slob and feed her hotdogs and mac n cheese till the kids a porker like her. Oh sweet meteor of death where are you!

Genuinely makes me sick. More privilege for women. You get custody, guarantee to know you're the parent and he has to send money when it's not even his child. She is a fat, ugly piece of shit.

Every man needs to get a fucking paternity tes if possible. The problem is your partner will be mad at you...
