If you think whites have the "highest propensity to be racist" I'll wager that you've never been out of America. It's readily apparent to people who've lived outside of the West (or grew up outside of the West) just how incredibly racist "people of colour" can be.

Depends how you define rape. If you use a Mary Koss-type definition of rape which defines rape as solely "forced penetration" and excludes "made to penetrate" thus defining it as a solely male-perpetrated crime then sure. If you're a normal fucking human being who defines rape as simply "non-consensual sex" then men are half of rape victims, and female perpetration is most definitely not uncommon.

Three reported no significant gender differences and one had mixed findings. So women perpetrate a shit ton of domestic violence, perhaps even more than men.
