Read, and internalize. If your girl is going to cheat, then there is not a damn thing you can do to stop it, and that includes being possessive and not letting her go. Let her enjoy her GNO, and do not act phased or jealous that she is doing so.

As an aside, a buddy of mine had a LTR who liked to enjoy GNO's with her single friends. He became insecure and upset, and would get passive aggressive about it. She dumped him recently, one of the reasons was that he was being needy. Let that be a lesson.

I would say it depends on how she has acted in the past. If she has never shown red flags I'd say go for it and let her. If you doubt her then be upfront and say, "you can go but I won't be here when you get back."

You should make it clear you don't want her to cheat but she should understand it as her becoming unworthy of you IF she cheats or makes herself available to cheat.

Always the focus must be a subliminal constant to her that she must earn you and if she fails to earn you she can fuck off and not come back and you never need to feel anger or control - you only need to show resolve you're not going to tolerate her nonsense.

You have to accept that your girlfriend can cheat on you if you wish to ever grow. RSD has had some videos about this very fact. It's just a hard fact of life that you should accept as quickly as possible. This doesn't mean that your girlfriend will actually cheat on you, or that she'd even consider it seriously. Nonetheless, it's very much possible.
