Is 'Stealthing' illegal?

My guess is that the punishment for men is still greater, since it's not just pregnancy that women risk in sex; the receptive sexual partner is also significantly more likely to contract an STI if his or her partner does not use a condom and is positive for the disease, and women are almost always the receptive partner when they have sex with a man. I don't know of anywhere that a woman deliberately sabotaging bc in order to get pregnant is illegal, though it should be.

It is in Norway I think. It's considered rape.

In the US the woman can lie about birth control all she wants, the man is on the hook. But AFAIK, there are no laws about stealthing in the US, at least not yet.
