Honestly I don't think this meme is good for anyone. Like it's 2019 - male/female friendships are normal and can be healthy. And it's 2019 - girls and guys can hook up and if can be healthy. I don't think it's fair for females to lead males on just for emotional support but at the same time, if they don't want to, they by no means have to make any further kind of relationships. Similarly, men shouldn't be required to have a long term relationship if they only want to hook up, but the key is in communication and not lying to one another to try and get something you may want or need. I also think this post is unnecessarily stereotypical of guys only wanting sex and girls only wanting emotional support - it doesn't really work like that a lot of the time.

Actually, I'm not sure I see the damage in either case. But the implication seems to be in the first case that having male friends is harmful to females, and in the second case is that when a guy and gal hookup, that he is harming her. It's anti-male no matter how you look at it.
