I've read a dozen different news reports on this case. Yet to see anything other than acknowledgement of no witness.

I'm not going to pretend to be an expert on court admissible evidence, but this case seems strange. (putting aside the profile of the accused)

If this is the standard of evidence required to not only convict an accused, but publish the name of the accused in international media, then WTF is any person supposed to do to protect themselves from false accusations?
