OK, r/MensRights, this post is entirely unrelated to my last post.

At what point in the womb does a boy's foreskin develop?

I ask because I am a cut man, I believe.
However, recent looks at my, ahem, "manhood" have revealed that there is a minor amount of covering over the end. Not much at all, but still there.

I'm asking because I was born very early (27 weeks out of 40) and I was wondering if foreskin simply failed to develop in premature babies.
