Hi guys. I got in trouble for buying supplements by my parents. So they ended up limiting me to only things from GNC. Unfortunately, a lot of their items have crap reviews, so i am avoiding buying anything from them for at least a while.

I was very angry, but its their rules. So whatever.

Im in a hurry to lose about 45lbs of fat because i am trying to go to basic training for the marine corp. although i am under the weight limit, which im proud of, i still am about 178lbs and 25-26% fat. I need to fix this by the beginning of June.

I am running out of time.

So i have some cellucor super HD thermo-pills, along with about 1844G of creatine and 1444G of whey protein.

When should i take my creatine, and when should i take my protein? I think im doing this right, but if there is any secret or a certain timeframe that will give me the best results, im all ears.
