Crosspost "State Law says Ex-hubands are forced to pay child-support to financially care for children born of an affair, if the child was conceived during his marriage to a woman whom cheated on him- Right or wrong?" from /r/MGTOW:

I was listening to the radio last year and a program came onto NPR discussing a husband's obligation to care-for and/or pay child support to care for the wife's children. If I remember right, in some states, under law, men are required to pay child support to their separated ex wives, if, it can be proven that a child was conceived during the marriage, regardless of circumstances where-in the husband is NOT the genetic father. (born of an affair) In those same states, a divorced wife is NOT required to take custody of, NOR is she required to pay child support to care for, a child that is not her genetic child, whom the father created in affair, and whom are under 100% custody of the father. (in cases of genetic maternal abuse, or in cases where the genetic mother has passed away)

what are your thoughts on this?
