Give the women more jail time to then the men for this one, make things equal. Sure it may sound unequal at first glance, but think about all the 6 month sentences women get and the 5 year sentences that men get!
So simply give men 6 months and the women 5 years, use this system for a few years and then make it so they all get the same, so then the women would’ve made there share in long prison sentences.
