JP has been saying for quite awhile that whether men and women can work together is an unanswered question and it's happened only relatively recently.

But I think the answer is clear already, men and women can work together only by putting the lives, careers and futures of the men at risk, and many men want no part of that.

Not let ~~fear~~ risk be a barrier? Hedging against risk is a large part of what workers in financial institutions do!
