You would think that of all people those who provide services for victims of sexual violence would be the first to believe "survivors". It's not even an issue of putting someone in prison. They're just looking for victims services. Is it really a huge thing to house someone who needs shelter even if they weren't raped? That's the argument we always hear from "victim's advocates" when they talk about police wasting resources.

I wonder how man male survivors especially those who have identified a female perpetrator have been categorized as a false accusation. Could that be a way to deny male victims services? I've heard men say before that they called these crisis centers and have been accused / treated like perpetrators. I've even heard some rape crisis center employees allege that most men who call in are perpetrators.
