I honestly don’t know which flair to add, so I’ll just make it general. My question is, how the hell can she get away with practically beating him, but if the roles were reversed, 20 guys would lynch him?
I'm all for giving women a knock-out punch if they are stupid enough to beat on a guy
By this logic you'd also give a knock out punch to a child for giving you a beating whilst in the middle of a tantrum. Return violence isn't the answer, especially to someone who, in the majority of cases, is weaker than you. A woman beating a man is not okay, and neither is a man then beating her back.
I see what you're saying. I said that more to get the point across. Having said that, though, there are times when adults are non compos mentis too. It could even be argued that, whilst in a blind rage we're not fully compos mentis, which is usually the time when such violence occurs.
So what's the point of the first part of your comment and the last. OP asked why people are not reacting the same way as they would when the roles are reverse. And your comment starts with
Because of the massive difference in upper body strength.
You than say it is still wrong
but if we reverse it, the physical damage would be a lot worse.
So what purpose do these two sentences have apart from justifying the reaction of the crowd?
