Do we ever hear of women getting fired for these types of things? I’m sure it happens but I can’t think of any recently.

One problem with politics is that for some reason, you can't say another person of the opposite side is pretty, hot, attractive, sexy, etc.

Being pretty or attractive/handsome/cute etc is not a political issue. Anyone of any political faction can be thought of as attractive.

One explanation for this might be that commentators are expected to measure their words more carefully when talking about royalty. Not saying your interpretation is wrong, but there are alternatives and maybe they deserve benefit of the doubt.
