There can be no excuse for this! Women use rape cases to justify abortion as a principle - how can it not be right that men in this situation are, not only, not afforded the same option of putting their ordeal behind them and moving on with their life; but are actually expected to pay their rapist for 19 years because of the crimes and subsequent choices that their rapist committed!
