Danny Shaha (below), then-senior director of the Office of Student Conduct, investigated allegations by “Jane Roe” under a Title IX policy that was not in effect in August 2014, when the disputed sexual incident took place.

Good grief. Not only did they not allow him to confront his accuser, they also tried him under rules not in effect when his "crime" was committed. I hope the judge buries them.

Also, before the inevitable "blah blah they're not the government so rules don't matter" crowd chimes in, they are a public university.
