Life. Trying and failing. Seriously there's no book for amused mastery. There is a book out called the Power of No that's an under written business type book but it might help. Most people are just too locked into their video games, sports, hobbies to get out and make mistakes and learn enough to develop amused mastery. Safe havens can become prisons.
