I think the important thing about this case is not that feminists are just as bad as the men they accuse (I don't think Ronell is even close to Weinstein, for example) but that the hysteria over /#metoo has made even relatively innocuous situation taboo.

At the risk of victim-blaming, none of the things I've heard from this case have been particularly objectionable in the context of two close friends with an idiosycratic relationship (with the possible exception of her pulling him onto the bed and even then...), I hear way worse on a daily basis.

I understand the difficulty in getting evidence around situations like these but something I haven't seen, that is lacking from many other cases as well, is any evidence (text, audio, whatever) of the accuser telling the perpetrator that they were not comfortable with X action and then clearly telling them to stop. That's the problem with /#metoo from my perspective, it's incentivising people to be victims instead of teaching them to stand up for themselves and supporting those who do.
