My longest relationship in college was with a TA that in terms of current rules, the female TA would have been guilty of sexual harassment (she was a feminist). How many romances start in the work or educational environments that currently would be very unlikely? These bad ideas are definitely going to to have a social effect.

Yes.

Killed it for me.

Not long ago I would've and had taken the chance. There were always other risks involved, but those usually amounted to a worst case scenario of an unpleasant work environment for a few weeks.

Now that my entire life and livelihood are on the line I don't care if it's only 15%, 5% or <1% of women who may lash out with false accusations to get their revenge. It's not worth the risk. The higher up the food chain I move, the higher the risk.

The only women who'll say "Good! Keep to yourselves at work!" are the ones who no man was paying any attention to anyhow or the coupled ones who are worried about competition.

#metoo is going to kill off a lot of interaction, romantic is just one of them.

I read the other day (not sure if the stat is accurate) that 70 percent of married women over thirty met their spouses in the workplace. This means that the number of single women in their thirties is going to skyrocket even farther.

They're pretty well fucked already. The only successful partnerships of professionals I know of are from couples who met in school during their mid-20's. They could build a life together since neither of them was settling into a career.

A lot of women have been duped into believing they can follow the male career track while maintaining a typical female reproductive strategy. They're wrong, but will desperately cling to anyone, anywhere who will produce a piece of research that holds an iota of vindication (when taken out of context).

Eventually they give up, "decide" they wanted to be child-free all along and won't shut up about how horrible children are. They become the female version of incels; a human deprived of a deep, primal need lashing out at what they can't have.

Eventually they give up, "decide" they wanted to be child-free all along and won't shut up about how horrible children are.

And how horrible men are. Look at eg Ashley Judd. She began as a kind-hearted, ravishingly beautiful woman and a decent actress. Now she's an embittered, man-hating radical feminist.

This is gonna sound a little red-pillish but there is more than a grain of truth to their arguments on this subject: by encouraging women to be promiscuous and wait until their thirties to have children women end up chasing bad boys and cads; they repeatedly get "pumped and dumped", then they attribute the loutish behavior of the men they selected to men as a whole. When they "hit the wall" they now have to select for a man they consider beneath them, or they choose to remain single rather than suffer such an indignity.

Instead of coming to terms with what happened, accepting responsibility or at least blaming feminism for leading them down the wrong path -- they do what comes natural and blame men. Thus feminism perpetuates itself on human misery.

I'd be really curious to know how societies were formed before the family, headed by a monogamous couple, became the core social unit. It's by no accident that every single successful civilization has been built around this social construct. If there are any exceptions I'd love to read about them.

We switched to that model for some reason and my guess would be that it had a widespread placating effect on both men and women. Men got sexual security, women got resource security and protection for raising the kids.

Today's model is centered on hedonism and anarchy. Do what you want, when you want, with who you want and how the kids grow up is a secondary concern.

In a way it doesn't really matter how bitter women or men get, or who they blame for the way things are: the current model is unsustainable.

We sacrificed the needs of our society and the rights of our children for the promiscuity of our women. And I believe one of the main reason the higher ups don't do anything about it is because they are the primary benefactors of that promiscuity.

You do realise that they only play romance to keep you coming back, don't you?

[–]omegaphallic 5 points6 points7 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Hahaha, you think I go for the GFE? No I go for slave girl PSE, I don't encourage romantic behavior because I know if I allow it to go beyond some level friendliness, to something romantic I set myself up to be hurt.

I have them beg for my cock, call me master and daddy, grovel for sex, call themselves cum sluts and so on and other assorted humiliation play. I spank them too, usually not too hard unless they ask me too.

I will admit to talking too much afterwards when the post orgasmic oxytocin is flowing through me, but I never allow things to get beyond friendship to romantic, I never allow myself to be that vulnerable with a woman, I first began learning that lesson when I was 5 or 6 and had my heart broken, and humiliated, and by thirty roughly I knew that romantic side of me was just a source of pain, and to snuff it out forever, cutting it out with a dagger of lust and burying it under ocean of cum and I've been better off ever since.

So no I don't go to sex workers looking for romance.

Have we been having fun today, or is this just the normal level of chatty?

For now, but eventually it will rise from the ashes of this stupidity.
