Back in May, Allan Chiocca was placed on administrative leave pending an investigation into "serious allegations regarding potential misconduct." The administrator was accused of participating in inappropriate behavior toward Selectwoman Deirdre Hall. Hall resigned on Monday following the revelation that she allegedly used her position to pressure Chiocca into sexual activity.

So she just walks, without even a black mark against her name?

He should #metoo her, it may be a mostly symbolic act, but at least put her name on some lists.

A male town administrator was put on leave because of survalance footage of another female town administrator and him engaging in "sexual misconduct" was found. After the town of Rockland Ma did the right thing and hired a third party investigator to look into it they found out that she was the aggressor and the male party in question even told others on the board about and no one cared.

In Israel, women couldn't legally rape a man or boy. There was a debate about changing this a few years ago. The law was revised to recognize that women could rape a boy, but when trying to extend the recognition to men, feminists argued that if men where allowed to accuse women of rape, men would use that as a pre-emptive defense against a rape accusation. Rapists will get away with rape by charging their victim with rape.

There was one case of prison rape and a couple cases in college kangaroo court where I think this could have occurred, but there remains no case that I know of where this has been definitely proven to have occurred even in the college kangaroo court system that has the lowest legal bar to meet. I've only seen this as a tactic employed by female sexual predators (rapists, sexual harassers, etc) as a pre-emptive defense against their male victims.

By feminist logic, women should not be able to charge men with rape. They are the only ones so far to my knowledge who have used that tactic to try get away with rape.
